Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older: Take 1 pouch (single dose) three times a day

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can rarely cause serious skin rashes or allergic reactions. Therefore, if any unusual symptoms such as rashes or itching occur, you should immediately stop taking this medication. Care should be taken not to exceed a maximum of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication, those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months old, and patients taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take any cough medications, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines while using this medication. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic conditions, individuals with liver or kidney diseases, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If you experience unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing after taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. Children under 2 years old should avoid using this medication unless in special circumstances. It is essential to adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and duration, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from consuming alcohol while taking this medication. Be cautious as side effects may occur if taken with certain diuretics or medications containing licorice. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, in a sealed container away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reactions
• Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes → severe skin reactions
• Asthma
• Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver dysfunction (jaundice)
• Coughing, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, etc. → respiratory issues
• Significantly reduced urine output

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (erythema), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain the storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This will help preserve the medication's efficacy and safety over time.
