Adult dose

Typically, for adults, take one pouch (single dose, 75mL) three times a day before or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by infants under 1 year old. Patients with hypertension, cardiac disorders, kidney disorders, edema, or urinary disorders should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Patients with weak stomachs, decreased appetite, nausea, or vomiting symptoms should also exercise caution before taking this medication. Patients recovering from weakness after illness or who have significantly decreased physical strength, those who sweat excessively, patients with hyperthyroidism, and diabetic patients should also consult a specialist. If there has been a history of skin rash or itching due to medication in the past, currently undergoing other treatments, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, children, and the elderly should consult before taking this medication. During treatment, side effects such as swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, headache, muscle weakness, liver dysfunction, skin rash, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, indigestion, and urinary disorders may occur, in which case immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. It is important to adhere to the established dosage and administration. If using for a prolonged period, consult a specialist. When administering to children, guidance and supervision from an adult are required. This medication should be taken with caution when used together with Ma Huang, ephedrine, MAO inhibitors, thyroid agents, catecholamines, xanthine derivatives, etc., as side effects may increase. Additionally, taking with potassium-containing agents or medications containing licorice, or certain diuretics may increase the risk of side effects such as muscle weakness, thus it should be taken cautiously. When using with other herbal preparations, be mindful of ingredient overlap. When storing, keep away from direct sunlight and in a cool place with low humidity, and store out of reach of children. It is also safest to keep it sealed in its original container.
