Precautions
This medication contains lactose and should not be taken by individuals with certain genetic disorders. For example, it should not be used in cases of galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Patients with blood coagulation issues, severely impaired liver or kidney function, and women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as its safety during pregnancy has not been sufficiently established. Additionally, patients taking anticoagulants should be closely monitored when taking this medication, as it may enhance the effects of anticoagulants.
