Precautions

This medication contains lactose; therefore, individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance or lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients with blood coagulation disorders or severe liver and kidney dysfunctions, as well as pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, patients currently taking anticoagulants should use this medication with caution, as it may enhance the effects of the anticoagulant, requiring careful monitoring during use.
