Precautions
This medication contains lactose; therefore, individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance or lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Patients with blood coagulation disorders or severe liver and kidney dysfunctions, as well as pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, patients currently taking anticoagulants should use this medication with caution, as it may enhance the effects of the anticoagulant, requiring careful monitoring during use. If skin rashes or redness, as hypersensitivity reactions, occur while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult with medical personnel. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, and vomiting may occur, so it is advisable to consult a specialist if such symptoms arise. Rarely, bleeding tendencies such as nosebleeds or blood in sputum may occur, so if bleeding symptoms are present, stop taking the medication immediately and consult with medical personnel. This medication must be taken exactly according to the prescribed dosage and administration and should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. Moreover, transferring the medication from its original container to another may pose risks of degradation or misuse, so it should be kept in the original container with the cap tightly closed.
