This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of the cold including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
How to take
Adult dose
For ages 15 years and above: take 1 packet (20ml) three times a day 30 minutes after meals.
Child dose
For ages 11 to under 15 years: take 2/3 packet three times a day 30 minutes after meals. For ages 7 to under 11 years: take 1/2 packet three times a day 30 minutes after meals. For ages 3 years and above ~
Precautions
This medication can affect liver function; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause severe skin reactions, so if there is any rash or hypersensitivity reaction, the medication should be discontinued immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000mg, and it should not be exceeded or taken with other products containing acetaminophen. The pseudoephedrine component in this medication can cause serious skin adverse reactions, so if symptoms such as fever or skin rashes occur, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a professional consulted. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions or asthma, infants under 3 months, those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications, or patients with severe hypertension or renal disease should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is safe not to take it with cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with specific physical conditions, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, or women who are pregnant or potentially pregnant should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, or fever appear after taking this medication, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a professional consulted. In particular, if serious allergic reactions, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, asthma attacks, liver dysfunction, pneumonia symptoms, sudden severe headaches, or visual disturbances occur, immediate treatment should be sought. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take this medication, except in special cases, and supervision by a guardian is required when administered to children. During treatment, the prescribed dosage and dosage forms should be strictly followed and long-term use should be avoided, and alcohol consumption should be refrained from during treatment. Additionally, caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur. When taking this medication with certain antibiotics or other drugs, caution is required, and if abnormal symptoms occur, the medication should be discontinued immediately.

Interactions
