The acetaminophen in this medication can very rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if you notice rash or hypersensitivity, discontinue use immediately. Taking more than the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen can cause liver damage, so you must ensure that the total daily dosage of all acetaminophen products, including this one, does not exceed 4,000 mg. Individuals who have allergies or a history of hypersensitivity to this medication or its ingredients, who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months, and those currently taking or have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants and MAO inhibitors should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advised not to take cough suppressants or expectorants, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. Children with suspected chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic predispositions or previous drug allergy symptoms, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly individuals, individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, pregnant or nursing women, and those undergoing treatment for certain conditions should consult a professional before use. If skin rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, severe allergic reactions, asthma attacks, or signs of liver dysfunction occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication unless specifically directed, and when taken, must be under parental supervision. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration and avoid long-term use. During treatment, avoid alcohol and be cautious about driving or operating machinery, as drowsiness may occur. Taking this medication with certain drugs may increase the risk of side effects, so consult a professional if you are taking other medications. Store this medicine out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Additionally, do not transfer to another container to maintain quality.
