Adult dosage

Adult men administer 1 tablet of this drug 1 time approximately 2 to 4 hours before sexual activity. The maximum number of doses should not exceed 1 within 24 hours.

This drug is primarily used for male patients with premature ejaculation. One of the main ingredients of this drug is also used as an antidepressant, but this drug should not be used in patients with depression or psychiatric disorders. Particularly, it should not be used in children or females, and an evaluation for symptoms of depression is necessary prior to administration. Taking this drug in conjunction with other antidepressants can be risky, so it should not be combined. Patients with cardiovascular diseases should carefully check their heart condition before using this drug, and those with severe cardiovascular diseases should not use this drug as sexual activity itself is not recommended. This drug has vasodilatory effects, which can cause excessive drops in blood pressure, so it must be avoided when taken with nitrate formulations or NO donors. If an erection lasts for more than 4 hours, seek medical attention immediately, as failure to treat it may cause damage to the erectile tissues. This drug should not be administered to patients with specific heart diseases, hypertension or hypotension, severely impaired liver or kidney function, or patients with pigmentary retinopathy. Moreover, while taking this drug, symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, and visual disturbances may occur, so driving or operating dangerous machinery should be avoided. Combining this drug with alcohol or sedatives may exacerbate these symptoms, so caution is advised. This drug should be taken once daily for the treatment of premature ejaculation, only 2 to 4 hours before sexual activity, and it is important not to exceed the recommended dosage. If depressive thoughts or suicidal thoughts occur while taking this medication, consult a doctor immediately. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use this drug, and it is also not recommended for children under 19 years old or elderly patients over 65 years old. In the case of overdose, severe cardiac issues or central nervous system disorders may arise, requiring immediate emergency treatment. This drug must be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container may lead to quality degradation or accidents, so care is advised.
