These symptoms can cause discomfort in daily life, and this medication can effectively reduce them. It improves breathing difficulties caused by nasal congestion and runny nose and alleviates discomfort from sneezing. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply within a range of twice a day to the nasal cavity. The interval between applications should be 10 to 12 hours, not exceeding two applications in 24 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in children under 7 years of age or infants under 2 years of age. People who have had allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components, or have experienced such reactions in the past, should avoid using it. Individuals currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last 2 weeks should also not use this medication. Those with allergies or a history of drug-induced allergic symptoms must consult with a healthcare professional or pharmacist before using this medication. Patients with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid issues, glaucoma, etc., should consult with a specialist before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or might become pregnant should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. It is also advisable for patients undergoing treatment or those with specific types of cough to consult a specialist before use. If skin rashes, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occur while using the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, stop using this medication and consult a specialist. This medication must be used according to the prescribed method and dosage; excessive use can worsen nasal congestion. Use only as a nasal spray for rhinitis, taking care not to allow it to contact the eyes or ears. Avoid sharing to prevent contamination. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days and avoid alcohol during use. When used on children, it must be done under the supervision of a guardian. The included benzalkonium chloride may cause bronchospasm and prolonged use may irritate or swell the nasal mucosa. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container and prevent misuse.
