This medication is used to provide temporary relief from symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching of the eyes, nose, throat, and tearing caused by pollen allergies or other upper respiratory allergies.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet every 12 hours with water. Do not exceed 2 tablets within 24 hours.

Child dose

For children under 12 years: Safety and efficacy of this medication have not been established.

Precautions

Do not take this medication if you have a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. While taking this medication, do not take other allergy treatments or cold medicines that may contain overlapping ingredients, such as antihistamines, cough suppressants, motion sickness medications, or sedatives. Additionally, this medication should not be taken with antacids containing aluminum or magnesium, and it is advisable to avoid taking it with certain antibiotics like ketoconazole or erythromycin. It is recommended to avoid drinking beverages that may interfere with absorption, such as fruit juices, especially grapefruit juice, orange juice, and apple juice. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication, and breastfeeding women should either avoid this medication or refrain from breastfeeding while taking it, as animal studies have shown that this medication can be transmitted through breast milk. Do not take this medication with food, and be cautious not to exceed the recommended dosage. Though effects on driving or operating machinery have not been reported, individuals sensitive to the medication should check their condition before engaging in these activities. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication if you are receiving other treatments, experiencing unexplained symptoms other than allergic rhinitis or a cold, or if you have other allergic conditions such as asthma or atopic dermatitis. Also, individuals with severe nasal congestion, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, the elderly, or those with kidney problems or cardiovascular conditions should consult a professional before taking this medication. If you experience symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness, swelling of the throat, eyelids, or lips, rashes, itching, hives, flushing of the skin, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, indigestion, numbness, headaches, fatigue, malaise, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, nightmares, sleep disturbances, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, heart palpitations, disturbances in taste, swelling, increased blood pressure, menstrual irregularities, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, insomnia, nervousness, sleep disturbances, or nightmares, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. More severe symptoms such as allergic shock, abnormal liver function, and leukopenia can rarely occur, so if these symptoms are suspected, immediately inform medical personnel. In the case of overdose, it is also important to consult a professional immediately.
