Precautions

This medication can impose a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe rashes, blisters, or allergic reactions occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Caution is necessary not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, as it contains acetaminophen, and it should not be taken in conjunction with other medications that contain the same ingredient. Anyone allergic to this medication or with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, very poor liver or kidney function, severely impaired heart function, or a history of specific asthma should not take this medication. It is also advisable not to take this medication if you are currently on specific medications or frequently consume alcohol. Those with liver or kidney diseases, peptic ulcers, blood abnormalities, tendencies for bleeding, heart function issues, histories of hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, elderly patients, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those taking specific medications must consult with a healthcare professional before using this medication. If symptoms like difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, or other adverse effects appear during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. While this medication helps alleviate symptoms, it is not a treatment for underlying causes; therefore, regular check-ups are necessary for long-term use, and other therapeutic options should be considered. Particularly children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dose with caution regarding adverse reactions. Avoid taking it along with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and do not take it for extended periods without a doctor’s or pharmacist's guidance. If an infection is present, symptoms may be masked, so appropriate antibiotics should be taken as necessary. In cases of overdose, severe liver damage can occur, so immediate medical treatment is required even if there are no symptoms.
