Precautions

This medicine can burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component in this medicine can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if skin rash or allergic symptoms occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and concurrent use with other medications containing acetaminophen should be avoided to prevent liver damage. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or have hypersensitivity to its components should not take it. People with a history of asthma or allergic reactions, infants under three months, and those currently taking or who have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications should also refrain from using this medication. It is safe not to take cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines during treatment. Children suspected of having or diagnosed with chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies, or individuals with chronic conditions such as liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid problems must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Pregnant or nursing women should also consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia occur after taking the medicine, discontinue use and consult a specialist immediately, and seek immediate treatment for severe allergic reactions or difficulty breathing. This medication should not be administered to children under the age of 2; in essential cases, it must be prescribed by a physician. Strict adherence to prescribed dosages and administration methods is necessary, and long-term use is not recommended. When administered to children, adult supervision is mandatory. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine, and caution is needed as certain medications can delay the breakdown of acetaminophen when taken together. Store this medicine out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Additionally, for quality maintenance, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container.
