This medicine may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen in this medication may rarely cause severe skin reactions, so if a rash or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. Care should be taken to not exceed a maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken with other medications containing the same ingredient. As this medication contains pseudoephedrine, if fever, red spots, or suppurative blisters develop, discontinue use and consult a professional immediately. This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergies to specific ingredients, those who have had asthma triggers, infants under three months old, those taking certain antidepressants, or individuals with uncontrolled hypertension. It is advisable not to take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines while using this medication. If there are children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza infection, those with certain diseases, or family members with a history of allergies or liver or kidney disease, consultation with a professional is essential before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, difficulty urinating, or dizziness occur after taking the medication, stop use immediately and consult a professional. Particularly, if severe allergic reactions or liver function impairment symptoms appear, a medical facility should be visited promptly. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication and must see a doctor if necessary. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, and supervise children during administration. Refrain from alcohol while taking this medication, and be cautious as it may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery. Store the medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, securely closed. Also, do not transfer the medication to another container, and take care to prevent misuse and maintain the quality.
