Dosage

For individuals aged 15 years and older, take 1 packet (1,100 mg) up to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach, and maintain an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume three or more glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The acetaminophen contained in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if symptoms like skin rashes or hypersensitivity appear, discontinue use immediately. You must not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen and should not take it alongside other medications containing the same ingredient. This medication should not be taken by individuals sensitive to lactose or with certain genetic metabolic disorders. Individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or those with a history of triggering asthma, as well as infants under 3 months old, should avoid taking it. It should not be taken with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies or a history of drug allergies, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly individuals, and pregnant or nursing women must consult a professional before taking it. If side effects such as rashes, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Children under 2 years old should not take it except in special cases, and the prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to. Long-term use should be avoided, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when administered to children. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and be cautious as drug metabolism may be affected when taken with specific medications. When taken alongside flucloxacillin, serious metabolic acidosis may occur, so follow the doctor's instructions. Keep this medication out of the reach of children, store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
