Adult dose

Adults aged 15 years and older take 1 packet (1,100mg) up to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach, and maintain a dosing interval of at least 4 hours.

Child dose

Children aged 11 to under 15 years take 2/3 packet (733.33mg) per dose. Children aged 7 to under 11 years take 1/2 packet (550mg) per dose. Children aged 3 years and older ~

This medicine may cause liver damage when taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, there may be rare occurrences of serious skin reactions; if a rash or hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. Care must be taken not to exceed the daily maximum dose of acetaminophen, which is 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with hereditary lactose intolerance or related conditions should not take it. Those with allergies to this medication or its ingredients or have previously triggered asthma, as well as infants under 3 months, should avoid taking it. During treatment, it is advisable not to take other antipyretics, cold medications, or sedatives concurrently. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly individuals, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness develop after taking the medication, discontinue use and consult a specialist immediately; in severe cases, immediate medical assistance may be required. Children under 2 years old should not take this medicine except in special cases, and children should take it under the guidance of an adult. Ensure compliance with the prescribed dosage and duration, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption while taking this medication. There may be a risk of side effects when taken with certain drugs, so caution is advised with concomitant use. This medicine should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and tightly sealed. It is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness → severe allergic reactions.
• High fever with severe rash, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes → severe skin abnormalities.
• Asthma.
• Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), profound lethargy → liver abnormalities (jaundice).

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dizziness, swelling, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA).

This medicine should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air and light. The storage temperature should be kept between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. Proper storage will help to maintain the effectiveness of the medication for a longer period.
