It is used for menstrual pain and pain due to injuries, and it exerts a fever-reducing effect by lowering body temperature during chills and fever. Therefore, it is widely used for various pain relief and antipyretic purposes.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet at a time, up to 3 times a day, avoiding intake on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily; therefore, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, serious skin reactions such as severe rash or pustules and intense inflammation may occur during use, so if these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. As it contains acetaminophen, caution should be exercised not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Those with allergic reactions to this medication, asthma, or infants under three months old should not take it. Patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should also avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take it with other antipyretics, cold medications, or sedatives. Particularly, children suspected of having chickenpox or flu, individuals with allergic tendencies, liver or kidney disease, the elderly, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a specialist before use.
