This medication is effective for fever and pain related to colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, and sprain pain. It can also be used for toothaches, joint pain, and rheumatic pain, thus aiding in the relief of various pains. Overall, it is used to improve symptoms associated with multiple types of pain.
Take 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4 g (8 tablets). This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

This medication can place a burden on the liver, so individuals who consume three or more alcoholic beverages daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Additionally, if symptoms such as severe rash, blisters, or redness appear on the skin while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult with a doctor. This medication contains acetaminophen, so caution is needed to not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have allergic reactions to this medication, or those with peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney impairment, decreased heart function, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma should not take this medication. Furthermore, it is safest for those currently taking certain medications or consuming alcohol to avoid this medication. Individuals with liver or kidney problems, blood disorders, a tendency to bleed, asthma, elderly patients, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. If serious side effects such as difficulty breathing, rash, severe vomiting, or peeling skin occur, discontinue use immediately and consult with medical personnel. For those taking this medication for an extended period, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be performed, adjusting or discontinuing dosage as necessary if abnormalities arise. Children and the elderly should take the minimum effective dose and be monitored for excessive temperature drop or fainting symptoms. Avoid taking this medication alongside other anti-inflammatory analgesics, and it is advisable to consult a doctor if pain or fever persists for an extended duration. In the case of overdose, seek medical attention for liver protective treatment, even if symptoms are absent. Lastly, store this medication in a sealed container at room temperature, keeping it out of reach of children. Taking the medication out of its original container and storing it in another container may cause misuse or deterioration of quality, so caution is advised.
