This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. It helps reduce these symptoms to ease breathing and improve discomfort.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals 7 years and older and adults, spray once in each nostril 3 times a day. Apply at least 3 hours apart each time.

Children's dosage

For children 7 years and older, spray once in each nostril 3 times a day. Apply at least 3 hours apart each time.

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by children under 7 years of age or infants under 2 years of age. Additionally, individuals with allergies to this drug or its ingredients, or those who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions, should not use it. Those currently taking or who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson's medications within the past 2 weeks should also avoid using this product. Individuals with a history of allergic conditions or who have previously experienced allergic symptoms due to medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine. It is also advisable for patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma to consult a healthcare provider before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult with healthcare professionals before use. Those currently receiving treatment or suffering from chronic cough, asthma, or chronic bronchitis should also seek professional advice before using this medication. This medication contains propylene glycol; therefore, individuals who are allergic or hypersensitive to this ingredient should use it with caution. If symptoms of allergy such as rash, redness, swelling, or itching occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare provider. If symptoms do not improve after using for more than 3 days, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine must be used according to the prescribed dosage and administration; overuse may lead to further nasal blockage. It should only be used for the treatment of rhinitis and must not be applied to the eyes or ears. To maintain hygiene, avoid using in conjunction with others, and do not share with others. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. Be cautious as drowsiness may occur during use, which may affect driving or operating machinery. Avoid alcohol consumption while using this medication. When administering to children, use under adult supervision. Store in a tightly closed container, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
