This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heavy head caused by a cold, acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medicine should not be given to infants under 3 months of age. People who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its components should avoid taking it. Additionally, individuals currently taking or who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last 2 weeks should not use this medication. While taking this drug, do not combine it with other rhinopathy treatments or cold medicines that contain antihistamines, or motion sickness medication. Individuals prone to allergies, such as those with hives, dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies, should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Those who have previously experienced allergic symptoms such as fever, rash, asthma, or itching due to medication also need to consult. People with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart diseases, glaucoma, urination difficulties, thyroid diseases, or diabetes, or those who are generally weak or have a high fever should exercise caution. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as nursing mothers, should also consult a professional before taking this medication. The elderly or those currently undergoing treatment are advised to seek medical guidance before taking it. Individuals with respiratory diseases such as smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or those with a cough lasting more than a week should definitely consult before taking this medication. This drug contains a dye known as Yellow No. 5, which should be used carefully by individuals allergic to this component. If nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash, itching, difficulty urinating, headache, facial flushing, abnormal light sensitivity occur during medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. In case of severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, symptoms such as hives, swelling, chest tightness, pallor, cold extremities, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing may occur, requiring immediate treatment. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking it and consult a professional. This medication should not be administered to children under 2 years old; if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Adhere strictly to the prescribed usage and dosage, and avoid prolonged use. As drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, avoid operating vehicles or machinery, and do not consume alcohol. Store out of reach of children, protect from direct sunlight, and keep in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. For quality maintenance, it is best not to transfer to another container.
