This medication contains acetaminophen; to prevent liver damage, the maximum daily dosage should not be exceeded, and it should not be taken in combination with other products containing acetaminophen. Rarely, serious skin reactions can occur after taking acetaminophen, so if a rash or hypersensitivity reaction appears, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or those who have previously experienced asthma with this medication or similar ingredients should not take it. Moreover, infants under 3 months of age and those taking or having recently discontinued certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, such as MAO inhibitors, should also avoid it. It is advisable not to take cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. Especially in children who have or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies, liver, kidney, or heart diseases, the elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with specific symptoms, consulting with a professional before use is essential. Should symptoms such as skin rash, vomiting, dizziness, anxiety, trembling, or rarely, anaphylaxis, severe skin conditions, asthma attacks, liver dysfunction, or difficulty breathing arise after use, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication; if necessary, medical supervision should be sought. When using, adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid long-term use; caregivers should monitor children closely. Also, it is important to avoid alcohol and exercise caution when combining with certain medications, consulting a specialist if suspicious symptoms arise.
