This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication contains acetaminophen, which may rarely cause serious skin reactions such as severe rashes or blisters. If any unusual symptoms appear on the skin after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Exceeding the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen can cause liver damage, so care must be taken to ensure that the total dosage of all acetaminophen products, including this medication, does not exceed 4,000 mg. Additionally, due to the pseudoephedrine component in this medication, severe skin reactions such as fever, skin rashes, or pustules may occur, so if these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had certain allergic reactions or asthma, infants under 3 months of age, individuals taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications, or those with uncontrolled hypertension or severe kidney disease. It is also safer not to take antitussives, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines while using this medication. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies, or individuals with chronic diseases such as liver, kidney, or heart disease must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, difficulty breathing, severe headache, or jaundice occur during usage, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, consult a healthcare professional. This medication is not to be used in children under 2 years old unless absolutely necessary, in which case a doctor's consultation must be sought. When taking this medication, be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and administration accurately, avoid prolonged use, abstain from alcohol, and be cautious as drowsiness may occur, avoiding driving or operating machinery if affected. There may be a risk of side effects if this medication is taken together with certain antidepressants or antibiotics, so consult a healthcare professional and take with care. When storing, keep this medication out of reach of children and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture in a tightly sealed container.
