This medication is used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis in patients with asthma and perennial allergic rhinitis. It helps reduce bothersome symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose, thereby improving the quality of life.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet orally once a day in the evening.

Precautions

This medication has reported neurological and psychiatric adverse events, and symptoms such as agitation, anxiety, depression, hallucinations, and suicidal thoughts may occur during treatment, so close observation for these symptoms is necessary while taking this medication. This medication should not be administered to patients with specific allergic reactions, severe renal impairment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with genetic problems such as lactose intolerance. In patients with impaired kidney or liver function, and in the elderly, the components of this medication may remain in the body for a prolonged period, so cautious administration is advised. During the use of this medication, side effects such as upper respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal disturbances, headaches, drowsiness, and skin rashes may occur, so if abnormal symptoms appear, consult a physician immediately. This medication is not intended to treat acute asthma attacks, and appropriate emergency medications should be used during acute symptoms.
