This medication can cause serious skin reactions rarely; therefore, if any rash or hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, exceeding the maximum daily dose can lead to liver damage, so it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. Individuals allergic to this drug, those who have developed asthma, infants under 3 months old, or those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not use it. While taking this drug, avoid other cough medicines, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic tendencies or past drug allergy experiences, as well as those with liver, kidney, or heart conditions should consult a specialist before use. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking certain medications should also consult a doctor before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider; seek immediate treatment for severe symptoms. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication except in special cases, and in such cases, they must be under a doctor's care. This medication must be taken according to the specified dosage and frequency and should not be used for long periods. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and since it may cause drowsiness, refrain from driving or operating machinery. Taking this drug with certain medications may increase the risk of side effects, so if taking other medications, consult a specialist. This medicine should be kept out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place in a sealed container.
