This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals 7 years and older and adults, spray once in each nostril twice a day. Apply at intervals of 10 to 12 hours each time, not exceeding two applications in 24 hours.

Children's dosage

For children 7 years and older, spray once in each nostril twice a day. Apply at intervals of 10 to 12 hours each time, not exceeding two applications in 24 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in children under 7 years old or infants under 2 years old. Those taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants or antipsychotics) or who have stopped taking them within the past two weeks should also not use this medication. Those allergic to propylene glycol, which is included in this medication, should use it with caution. If allergic symptoms such as skin rash, redness, swelling, or itching occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after using for more than three days, consult a doctor or pharmacist. The prescribed dosage must be strictly followed, as excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. This medication is only for treating rhinitis and should not be used in the eyes or ears. It is safer to avoid concurrent use and not to use it continuously for more than 7 days.
