This medicine helps relieve various symptoms of cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It effectively reduces discomfort due to colds, improving the inconvenience of daily life. It addresses several cold symptoms at once to aid in quick recovery. Used for the relief of cold symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and above: Take 1 capsule three times a day 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Contains acetaminophen, and may rarely cause serious skin rashes or allergic reactions; if there are any unusual skin symptoms, stop taking it immediately. Be careful not to exceed a total daily intake of 4000mg of acetaminophen, and do not take it together with other acetaminophen-containing products to prevent liver damage. Contains pseudoephedrine; if fever, rash, or small blisters occur, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Should not be taken by those with known allergies to this medication, those with asthma, infants under 3 months, individuals taking certain antidepressants, or individuals with severe hypertension or kidney disease. It is safe not to take this medication together with other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Should only be given to children, especially those under 2 years of age, after medical consultation, and children under 15 years old should be given with caution due to the risk of Reye's syndrome. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or shortness of breath occur while taking it, stop taking and consult with a healthcare professional. Always adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and guidelines, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. Additionally, this medication may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery, and be cautious when taken with certain medications.

  • Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, cold sweat, paleness → severe allergic reaction
  • Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes → severe skin adverse reaction
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, abnormal breathing with coughing + fever → respiratory problems
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver dysfunction (jaundice)

Mild side effects

Rash/redness (hyperemia), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, urinary difficulty, persistent or severe thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, hyperammonemia metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication together with cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Do not take if you are using MAO inhibitors for depression, Parkinson's treatment, or if you have ceased taking them within the last two weeks. If you are on medication for diabetes, gout, arthritis, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, or tricyclic antidepressants, consult your physician or pharmacist.
