This medication is used to relieve cough and phlegm symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months old. Additionally, individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its components should avoid taking it. Persons taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, emotional regulators, and anti-Parkinson's agents) or who have stopped taking them within the last 2 weeks should not take this medicine. It is advisable not to take this medication with other cough syrups, phlegm medications, cold medications, antihistamines, and sedatives. Individuals with allergies or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as fever, rash, or itching due to medication should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This also applies to persons with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, elderly individuals, and those who are weak or have high fever. Pregnant or nursing women should also consult a healthcare professional before taking it. Smokers or individuals with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or persistent cough with excessive phlegm should definitely consult a doctor before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, urinary difficulties, severe thirst, anxiety, tremors, or insomnia occur after taking the medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. When taking this medication, adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is safer to administer it in syrup form to children under 7 years old.
