How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older: 2 capsules, three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months old. People who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its components should avoid taking it. Those currently taking or having stopped taking MAO inhibitors, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and anticholinergic agents within the past two weeks, should not use this medicine. It is safe not to take other cough medicines, cold medicines, antihistamines, and sedatives while taking this medicine. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions such as fever, rash, joint pain, or itching from medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. People with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, the elderly, those with weakened bodies, or high fever should also consult a specialist before taking this medicine. It is important for pregnant or nursing women or individuals who may become pregnant to consult a specialist before taking this medicine. Consult a specialist if you are receiving treatment or have specific coughing symptoms (e.g., smoking-related, asthma, chronic bronchitis with excessive phlegm, a cough lasting more than one week, cough accompanied by fever or rash, or persistent headache). If symptoms such as redness of the skin, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, or drowsiness occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medicine should not be given to children under 2 years of age, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. You must adhere to the prescribed regimen and dosage when taking this medicine, and for children under 7 years old, it is better to use a syrup instead of soft capsules. During the use of this medicine, avoid alcohol, and since drowsiness may occur, it is safer to refrain from driving a car or operating machinery. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. It is also important not to transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
