Adult dosage

For those aged 7 years and older and adults, apply in the nasal cavity up to 2 times a day. The interval between applications is 10 to 12 hours, and do not exceed 2 applications within 24 hours.

Children's dosage

Dosage for children under 7 years is not specified.

This medicine should not be used in children under 7 years of age or infants under 2 years of age. Do not use if you have an allergy to this medicine or its components, or a history of hypersensitivity reactions. Patients taking MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson's medications, or those who have stopped taking these medications within the last 2 weeks, must consult a healthcare professional before using this medicine. Individuals with allergies or a history of allergic reactions to medications, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or glaucoma should also consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This also applies to pregnant women or women of childbearing potential and patients receiving treatment. Particularly, if coughing persists or is severe, or if there is an allergy to propylene glycol, use with caution. If rash, redness, swelling, irritation, or itching occurs during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Also, if symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, be sure to consult a doctor. This medication must be used according to the prescribed usage and dosage, as excessive use may worsen nasal congestion. It should be used only for rhinitis and must not be used in the eyes or ears, and co-administration should be minimized. Do not use for more than 7 days continuously, and since drowsiness may occur during use, caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Avoid alcohol, and it should be used under the supervision of a guardian in children. Since it contains benzalkonium chloride, be cautious as bronchospasms, nasal mucosal irritation, or swelling may occur. Store in a place out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture. To maintain quality, it is important not to transfer the contents to another container.
