How to take

Child dose

For children under 12 years old, take the recommended dose every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 5 doses per day (75 mg/kg). The dose should be 10-15 mg/kg based on body weight.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Rarely, serious skin reactions may occur; hence, if any rash or allergic symptoms appear, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Be careful not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, as it contains acetaminophen, and do not take it in combination with other products containing acetaminophen. Do not take if you are allergic to this medication, have peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, or heart failure. It is also advisable for those with aspirin-induced asthma or taking certain medications not to use this drug. Individuals with liver or kidney problems, elderly patients, pregnant or nursing women, or those on certain medications should consult a professional before taking. If serious symptoms such as difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, bleeding, digestive disorders, or skin rashes occur while taking it, promptly stop the medication and consult a healthcare provider. If taken over a long period, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be performed, and if any abnormal signs appear, the medication should be adjusted or discontinued. Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pruritic rash, rash, fixed rash, elevated AST, elevated ALT, hypertonic hyperventilation metabolic acidosis, platelet function reduction, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, cyanosis, facial swelling, hypotension, sweating, vascular swelling, urticaria
