Precautions

This medication is used for the treatment of diabetes, and caution should be exercised as some patients may experience serious allergic reactions. Symptoms of acute pancreatitis may occur while taking this medication, so it is important to closely monitor for symptoms such as abdominal pain or vomiting. This medication should not be used in patients with severely impaired renal function or specific diseases such as acute heart failure or myocardial infarction.
