Therefore, it is used for the relief of cold symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules 30 minutes after meals, three times a day

Child dose

For children aged 15 and above, take 2 capsules per dose

Precautions

This medication can put strain on the liver, so those who drink more than three glasses of alcohol regularly should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking it. As it contains acetaminophen, rare but serious skin reactions may occur, so if skin rash or hypersensitivity symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately. The daily maximum dose of acetaminophen, including this medication, should not exceed 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. People with allergies to this medication or its components or those who have had asthma attacks should not take it. Infants under 3 months of age and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should avoid it as well. Individuals with lactose intolerance or related metabolic disorders should not take this medication. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take it unless in special circumstances. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption while taking this medication. Drowsiness may occur, so refrain from driving or operating machinery. Caution is needed as serious metabolic acidosis may rarely occur when this medication is used in conjunction with certain antibiotics. When storing, keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. It is important not to transfer to another container to maintain quality.

Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes, asthma, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), severe fatigue, abnormal breathing with coughing and fever

Mild side effects

Rash/redness, itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, persistent or severe thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
