This medication helps relieve various symptoms caused by colds. It improves nasal symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing, and also alleviates respiratory symptoms like sore throat, cough, and phlegm. Additionally, it reduces systemic symptoms such as chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain, aiding in a comfortable recovery. In other words, it is used to relieve various symptoms accompanying a cold.
For ages 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals
This medication may put stress on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen contained in this medication can rarely cause serious skin rashes or allergic reactions, so if any unusual symptoms such as rashes or itching occur after taking it, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Do not exceed a maximum of 4,000mg of acetaminophen in one day, and avoid taking it together with other products containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. The pseudoephedrine in this medication can rarely cause severe skin reactions, so if fever, red spots, or small blisters develop, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be taken by those with allergies to certain ingredients, individuals with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, those taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and those with severe hypertension or kidney conditions. During use, it is advisable to avoid combining this medication with cough suppressants or expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergies or various diseases such as liver, kidney, or heart problems, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rashes, nausea, swelling, dizziness, or insomnia occur after taking, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist, and seek immediate treatment if severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, or jaundice symptoms develop. It is principle that children under 2 years of age do not take this medication, and if absolutely necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol during use. Additionally, this medication may cause drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery. Be cautious when taking this medication with certain antibiotics or drugs, and consult a professional if any unusual symptoms are suspected. Finally, store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed. Also, it is important not to transfer this medication to another container to maintain quality.

Be careful when taking other medications such as barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, and steroids.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the medication's effectiveness over time.
