Particular attention should be paid to not exceed a maximum of 4,000 mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken together with other acetaminophen-containing products. Furthermore, due to the pseudoephedrine ingredient, serious skin abnormalities could occur; if fever, red spots, or small blisters appear, cease usage and consult a specialist. Those with allergies to this medication or its components, past experiences triggering asthma, infants under 3 months of age, those currently taking or who have recently discontinued certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. It should not be taken with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza, children under 15 years of age, and those with specific gastrointestinal diseases, heart diseases, thyroid conditions, diabetes, hypertension, or urination difficulties must consult a professional before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and those taking other medications should also consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia appear during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist, and if symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, seek a professional's care. Children under 2 years of age should not be administered this medication, except in special cases, and when administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. When taking this medication, adhere to the prescribed use and dosage, avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol, and exercise caution when driving or operating machinery. Taking this medication with certain antidepressants or antibiotics may pose a risk of side effects, so caution is required and usage should be stopped immediately if any adverse symptoms occur.
