This medication helps relieve various cold symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. Patients can expect improvement in uncomfortable cold symptoms through this medication. It manages multiple symptoms at the same time, reducing discomfort in daily life. Therefore, it is used to effectively relieve cold symptoms.
Ages 15 and older: 2 capsules 30 minutes after meals, three times a day
Ages 8 to under 15: 1 capsule 30 minutes after meals, three times a day
This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Additionally, very rarely, serious skin reactions may occur; if any abnormal symptoms such as rash or itching appear after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, so care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Since it contains pseudoephedrine, if symptoms like fever, redness, or small blisters occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or have developed asthma after taking this or similar medications should not take it. Infants under three months of age, individuals taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, or those with severe hypertension or severe kidney disease should also avoid this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take cough suppressants or expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines simultaneously. Infants, children, individuals with allergic predisposition, liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a professional before taking it. If rash, itching, vomiting, urinary issues, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult medical personnel. In particular, if severe allergic reactions, severe skin conditions, asthma symptoms, liver dysfunction, pneumonia symptoms, severe headaches, or confusion occur, discontinue use immediately. This medication should not be used in children under the age of 2 unless absolutely necessary and should be prescribed by a doctor. Always follow the prescribed dosage and avoid long-term use, and refrain from drinking alcohol. Additionally, because drowsiness may occur during use, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Special caution is required when taking this medication with certain antidepressants or antibiotics, and if any abnormal symptoms are suspected, discontinue use immediately.
Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor, difficulty breathing (anaphylactic shock symptoms), severe rash with high fever, blistering, skin peeling, pain in the mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), asthma, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy (liver dysfunction), shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing, respiratory abnormalities with cough and fever (interstitial pneumonia)
Rash/redness (hyperemia), itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, urinary retention, dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

This medication should not be taken with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Individuals who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors within the last two weeks should not take this medication. It is also important to inform a healthcare provider if taking diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, or steroids before taking this medication.
This medication is susceptible to air and moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the effectiveness of the medication.
