Adult dose

Typical adults: 1 pouch three times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7 to 14: 2/3 pouch three times a day before meals or between meals. For ages 4 to 6: 1/2 pouch three times a day before meals or between meals.

This medicine should not be taken by newborns, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, and nursing mothers. Patients with hypertension, elderly patients, patients with heart or kidney problems, patients with edema, and those currently taking other medications or who have experienced allergic reactions to medications should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, muscle weakness or cramps, or skin rashes or itching occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and a specialist consulted. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than one week, it should be discontinued and medical advice sought. Caution should be taken when taking this medicine with potassium-containing medications, licorice-containing drugs, or certain diuretics as the risk of side effects may increase. It is important to adhere to the correct dosage and administration, and when taking with other herbal medicines, care should be taken to avoid overlapping ingredients. Long-term use is not recommended; if prolonged use is unavoidable, consulting a specialist is essential. Children should only take this medication under the supervision of an adult.
