Adult dosage
As needed, spray 1-8 times in each nasal cavity every 2-3 hours. Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity with the tip slightly facing backward. Press the pump firmly to activate the spray, then dispense a certain amount into both nasal cavities. After that, tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds before tilting it back to the left for another 10 seconds. Then, pinch the nose shut with your hand and hold your head down for 10 seconds.
Children's dosage
Infants: 1 spray. 1 month to 12 months: 1-2 sprays. 1 year to 2 years: 1-3 sprays. 2 years to 5 years: 1-4 sprays. 5 years to 8 years: 1-5 sprays. 8 years and older.

This medication is used for nasal irrigation to relieve symptoms of nasal congestion or suppuration due to excessive secretions in the nasal mucosa. Additionally, it helps to soothe discomfort caused by dry nasal mucosa. Therefore, it is effective for improving nasal congestion and nasal dryness symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

As needed, spray 1-8 times in each nasal cavity every 2-3 hours. Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity with the tip slightly facing backward. Press the pump firmly to activate the spray, then dispense a certain amount into both nasal cavities. After that, tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds before tilting it back to the left for another 10 seconds. Then, pinch the nose shut with your hand and hold your head down for 10 seconds.

Children's dosage

Precautions

This medication should not be used by people allergic to benzalkonium chloride or any other ingredients in the drug. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children, and do not transfer the medication from its original container to another container.
