This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by colds, such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills accompanied by cold and trembling, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 15 and older: Take 2 capsules, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen ingredient in this medication can cause liver damage, so care should be taken to not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other medications that contain acetaminophen. Additionally, if allergic reactions such as skin rash or itching occur during treatment, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, have experienced asthma, are infants under three months old, or have taken certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications within the last two weeks should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take other medications that contain cough suppressants, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic predispositions, individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or jaundice occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. In particular, this medication should not be given to children under the age of two, and if necessary, it is important to seek a doctor's care. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from drinking alcohol during treatment.   • Skin or eyes turning yellow (jaundice), profound lethargy → liver issues (jaundice)

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, trembling, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
