Due to the presence of acetaminophen, caution must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken alongside other acetaminophen-containing products. Children under two years of age should generally avoid this medication unless under special circumstances. Make sure to adhere to the prescribed method and dosage during use, avoid prolonged use, and abstain from alcohol consumption. Drowsiness may occur during use, so it is safer to avoid driving or operating machinery. In rare cases, serious side effects like metabolic acidosis may occur when combined with certain antibiotics, so caution is advised.
