This medication is used to effectively relieve various symptoms of colds, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle aches.
Ages 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
Ages 8 to under 15: Take 1 capsule three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
This medication can pose a burden on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages per day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to the ingredients in this medication, there is a rare risk of severe skin reactions such as serious rashes or blisters, so if any abnormal skin symptoms occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Take care not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen, and do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen. It contains pseudoephedrine, so if symptoms such as fever, red spots, or small blisters appear, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components, those who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions such as asthma, infants under 3 months of age, individuals taking certain antidepressants, or those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable to refrain from taking other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines that may be included in additional drugs. Especially children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic constitutions, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women should always consult a professional before taking it. If unusual symptoms such as rash, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur after taking this medication, stop taking it and consult medical personnel. If symptoms do not improve, additional treatment may be necessary. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication unless in special circumstances. When taking it, follow the prescribed method and dosage accurately, avoid prolonged use, and ensure that children are administered under adult supervision. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and since drowsiness may occur, refrain from driving or operating machinery. Taking this medication with certain drugs may affect liver function, so if you are taking other medications, consult a professional.

Do not take this medication with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, Parkinson's treatments, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Do not take this medication within 2 weeks after stopping MAO inhibitors. If you are taking diabetes drugs, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, etc., be sure to consult a doctor or pharmacist.
This medication must be stored in an airtight container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
