How to take

For the 100/1000 mg sustained-release tablet, take 1 tablet once daily. For the 50/500 mg sustained-release tablet or the 50/1000 mg sustained-release tablet, take 2 tablets once daily.

Precautions

This medication is a diabetes treatment containing the components sitagliptin and metformin, and there are several important precautions when taking it.
