How to take

Adult dose

Generally, an adult should take 1 sachet (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic disorder that impairs their ability to break down or absorb lactose should not take it. Patients with high blood pressure, the elderly, those with heart or kidney issues, individuals with edema, those taking other medications, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, and patients with excessive watery phlegm must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face and limbs, heavy eyelids, stiffness of the hands, and elevated blood pressure occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If you experience muscle weakness, spasms, or paralysis, stop taking the medication and seek medical attention. Although rare, if symptoms related to the lungs such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing occur, or if there are signs of liver dysfunction, skin rash, or indigestion, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. If symptoms do not improve within one month (one week for coughing with persistent phlegm) after taking the medication, it is advisable to stop use and consult a professional. Be cautious as side effects may occur when taken with other medications containing potassium, licorice, or specific diuretics. Additionally, when taking other herbal medicines, check for overlapping ingredients and strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage. It is generally not recommended to take this medication for extended periods; if it must be taken long-term, consult a professional. Store this medication in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and keep it out of reach of children. Also, do not transfer the medication to another container, and always ensure it is sealed after use.
