This medicine is used to relieve various symptoms such as sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain caused by a cold.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 1 pack (single dose) 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. If necessary, take at bedtime with an interval of 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

This medicine can be hard on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking. The acetaminophen ingredient contained in this medicine can rarely cause serious skin disorders, so if unusual symptoms, such as rash or itching, occur, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and concurrent use with other acetaminophen-containing medications should be avoided to prevent liver damage. Individuals allergic to this medicine or its ingredients, those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months old, and those on certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take it. During the intake of this medicine, it is advisable not to take cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergies, individuals with liver or kidney diseases, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult healthcare professionals before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, swelling, severe skin reactions, difficulty breathing, or jaundice occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medicine together with cough suppressants, expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Additionally, do not take if you are currently using or have recently stopped using MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's drugs, etc.) within the last two weeks. Be cautious when using anti-diabetic drugs, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, and tricyclic antidepressants as interactions may occur.
