Children under 12 years old should take the recommended dose every 4-6 hours as needed. This medication should be taken for the shortest duration at the minimum effective dose, not exceeding 5 doses per day (75 mg/kg).
This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If a rash or blister develops on the skin while taking this medication, or if severe allergic reactions occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, it is important to ensure that the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg is not exceeded, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to it or have gastrointestinal ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, or heart failure. Those with a history of aspirin-induced asthma or those taking certain medications should definitely consult a professional before using this medication.
