Precautions

This medication may place a burden on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if any unusual symptoms such as rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg, so caution must be exercised to ensure that the total dosage of all medications, including this one, does not exceed this amount. The pseudoephedrine component in this medication can rarely cause severe skin reactions, so if fever, redness, or multiple small blisters occur, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional. Those with allergies to this medication or its components, those who have had asthma triggered by such conditions, infants under three months old, those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, and individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure should not take this medication. During treatment, it is safe not to take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. In particular, children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult their doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, dizziness, or shortness of breath occur during medication use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Children under the age of 2 should generally not take this medication; if absolutely necessary, a doctor's evaluation is required. When taking this medication, adhere to the prescribed methods and dosages, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Additionally, drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, so care should be taken when driving or operating machinery. Store this medication out of reach of children, and keep it in a sealed container away from direct sunlight and moisture, preferably in a cool place. It is advisable not to transfer it to other containers.
