Enbikopf Tablet

Adult dose

Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in one day.

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. While taking this medication, combined use with medications containing pseudoephedrine may lead to serious skin reactions. If symptoms such as fever, rash, or pustules occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Do not take this drug if you have a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, have experienced asthma attacks, are currently using specific antidepressants or antipsychotics, have peptic ulcers, or have severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic issues should avoid use. During the course, do not take other medications containing acetaminophen, and refrain from driving or operating machinery due to the potential for drowsiness. Drinking alcohol or using medications that affect the central nervous system, such as sedatives or sleep aids, can also be dangerous. Individuals with specific bodily conditions or diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, elderly individuals, and children should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication, or if serious adverse reactions such as rashes, itching, nausea, difficulty breathing, swelling, or severe abdominal pain occur, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. This medication requires regular blood tests and liver function tests for long-term use, and it should not be used in conjunction with other anti-inflammatory analgesics. Finally, store this medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and keep it in its original container for safety.

Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (angioedema) (of the larynx, eyelids, lips, etc.), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), asthma attacks, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, methemoglobinemia, impaired platelet function, cyanosis, shock, anaphylactic reaction, Stevens-Johnson syndrome
