This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This medication contains acetaminophen, which may rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if a rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, it should be discontinued immediately. Care should be taken not to exceed a total daily dosage of 4,000mg of acetaminophen, and taking it alongside other medications containing acetaminophen may lead to liver damage. Individuals allergic to this medication or its components, those who have experienced asthma reactions, infants under three months old, and those taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. During the course of treatment, it is safer to avoid taking cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines concurrently. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic predispositions or a history of drug allergies, and individuals with multiple conditions such as liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur during the course of use, the medication should be stopped immediately and a doctor or pharmacist consulted; in severe cases, emergency treatment may be necessary. It is generally recommended not to use this medication for children under two years old, and if necessary, should be prescribed by a doctor. During use, strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. Caution is needed when taken with certain medications as they may affect liver metabolism, and if unusual symptoms are suspected, the medication should be stopped immediately.
