Precautions

This medication contains Rabeprazole and Sodium Bicarbonate and should not be administered to certain patients. For example, patients with hypersensitivity to this drug, those taking specific medications such as Atazanavir and Rilpivirine, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid its use. Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney dysfunction, the elderly, and those with compromised cardiac or pulmonary function, and it is important to consult with the attending physician. This medication may cause various side effects, including skin rashes, hives, blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, cardiovascular issues, gastrointestinal disturbances, and neurological abnormalities, so symptoms should be reported to healthcare personnel immediately. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are essential during long-term use, and if gastric ulcers or malignancies are suspected, specialized consultation is necessary.
