Precautions

This medication can burden the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. There is a risk of liver damage. Severe rashes or pustules may occur during the intake of this medication. Although these symptoms are very rare, they could indicate a potentially fatal skin reaction, so if such symptoms arise, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Since this medication contains acetaminophen, care should be taken to not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken alongside other medications containing acetaminophen to reduce the risk of liver damage. Do not take this medication in the following cases: if allergic to the drug; if you have peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, severely impaired liver or kidney function, severely reduced cardiac function, aspirin-induced asthma, if taking certain medications, or if under the influence of alcohol. If you have liver or kidney disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, tendency to bleed, heart problems, allergies, bronchial asthma, are elderly, pregnant, or breastfeeding, or are taking warfarin or certain diuretics, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience sudden allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, hives, severe vomiting or abdominal pain, skin rashes, or bleeding while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a medical professional. This medication helps relieve symptoms but does not treat the underlying cause. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a professional. Especially in children, the elderly, and individuals with chronic conditions, it should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration and it should be avoided to take it with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention is required even if symptoms are absent, as you may need to receive liver-protective treatment.
