Precautions

This medication should only be used for pharmaceutical dispensing and must not be used for other purposes. Individuals with high blood pressure, elderly patients, those with heart or kidney problems, those with body swelling, or those currently under a doctor's treatment should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If during treatment there is a decrease in urine output, swelling in the face, hands or feet, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness in the hands, symptoms of elevated blood pressure, or headache, you should stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Additionally, long-term use of this medication can lead to symptoms of hyperaldosteronism including hypokalemia, elevated blood pressure, fluid retention, swelling, and weight gain, thus potassium levels in the blood should be monitored regularly and use should be discontinued if abnormalities arise. Symptoms of muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis may occur due to hypokalemia, so if these symptoms arise, you should stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. Be cautious when taking this medication along with other potassium-containing drugs, medications containing licorice, or certain diuretics, as this may increase the risk of hypokalemia or myopathy. When taking traditional or herbal medicine, ensure there are no overlapping ingredients to prevent adverse effects. This medication should be stored away from air, sunlight, and humidity, and must be stored in its original container; transferring it to another container may reduce quality or risk misuse, so always keep it in the original container and make sure the cap is tightly closed.
