When these symptoms are alleviated, daily life becomes easier, and a quicker recovery can be expected. Therefore, this medication is used to effectively manage various symptoms of colds.

How to take

Adult dose

Individuals 15 years and older: take 2 capsules 30 minutes after meals, three times a day.

Child dose

Children over 7 years and under 15 years: take 1 capsule 30 minutes after meals, three times a day.

Precautions

This medicine may burden the liver, so individuals who consistently consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. While taking this medication, severe skin reactions such as rashes, blisters, or itching may occur, so if these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4000mg, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Due to the pseuodephedrine component in this medicine, severe skin reactions such as fever, skin rash, and small blisters may occur, so if these symptoms occur, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Those allergic to this medicine or its components, those who have previously experienced asthma, infants under 3 months, individuals taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications, those with severe hypertension or serious kidney disease should not take this medication. Do not take this medicine simultaneously with other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, cough suppressants, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have or are suspected to have chickenpox or the flu, individuals with certain allergic conditions or pre-existing conditions, pregnant or nursing women must consult a professional before taking this medication. If you experience abnormal symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be given to children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary, and medical consultation should be sought. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol consumption, and exercise caution while driving or operating machinery.   • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver problems (jaundice)
  • Sudden and severe headache.

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating, dryness, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA), rash, redness, itching

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.), cough suppressants (cough and phlegm medications), other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Do not take this medication within 2 weeks after stopping MAO inhibitor treatment. Barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, and other specific substances should be avoided.

This medicine should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. It is recommended to store it at room temperature, between 1°C and 30°C.
