Precautions

This medicine may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to ingredients in this medication, serious skin reactions may rarely occur, so if any unusual symptoms such as a rash or itching appear, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which can cause severe rashes or blisters on the skin; it is important to stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist if such symptoms occur. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose due to high acetaminophen content, and taking it in combination with other medications containing acetaminophen increases the risk of liver damage. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or those who have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those currently taking certain psychiatric medications, or who have severe hypertension or kidney disease should avoid taking this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take cough medications, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines concurrently. Especially in children, the elderly, those with liver, kidney, or heart disease, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is essential to consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur after taking the medication, stop taking it immediately and consult healthcare personnel. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol during treatment. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medication, so care should be taken when driving or operating machinery. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place.
